Let’s Keep It Breezy: A Few Rules for a Memorable Stay!

Be Respectful of Neighbors: Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside, but feel free to use outdoor areas.
Pet-Free Zone: While we adore pets, Blue Heron Haven is a pet-free home.
No Parties or Events: Please keep it peaceful—no large gatherings or parties.
Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Kindly respect these times.
Clean Up After Yourself: Please leave the space as you found it, tidy and ready for the next guest. Please follow the clean up procedures provided to in the binder.
Trash & Recycling: Dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow recycling instructions.
Take Care of the House: Treat the space with respect, and let us know right away if anything breaks or isn’t working.
No Extra Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Keep Things Secure: Lock doors when leaving and return all keys to their original spots before checking out.
